Very nice. Shame about the wrong soundbox, wear to the decal and missing record tray though. Where on earth would you find that tray with lugs and grey felt?

One that got away. Had I seen it in time I might well have put in an offer. I have a spare No.16 soundbox and a record tray with lugs, so all I would have needed was some matching felt which could probably be sourced from a fabric supplier. I could have forgiven the faded lid transfer.

Now that is VERY interesting.

This HMV 102 has mystery numbers stamped into the rexine - just like my HMV 101 !!!

I would love to know what this means.

I'm currently looking for a tray with lugs so if you ever decide you want to sell it......! ;)
