I'm thinking it might not be worth it. It looks like termites got at the grille--judging from what looks like sawdust in the horn. God knows what the inside of the cabinet is like, or what condition the motor is in. The reproducers and tonearm look salvageable, and the original owner's manual is a plus.

Doesn't look so "elite" anymore.

Anything can be saved... if you wanted to badly enough.

That must be a very early Elite, judging by the ornate criss piece under the doors. The feet are a problem, but could be restored. I think the missing grill would be the show stopper. I dont know what could be done to replace that.

Make a jig for the curve _ laminate _ cut a new one with a fret saw and wood files.

Not easy, but doable.

A pattern would be needed.
