Just a word of caution. Having already complained that these are fakes, you might have no grounds to not make good on the sales agreement being that you already stated that you know what you are buying. I don’t know because I am not a lawyer, so please take my comment with a grain of salt. I don’t really think that eBay cares about fraud as long as they aren’t hurt by it.

I think you mean, "... as long as they profit by it."

It's called final value fees ;)

Also promotion fees. I have noticed that many of my recent listings that are not promoted get zero views. As if 13% isn't enough somehow.

I've marked the item as payment sent so any final value fees will be charged to the seller if Ebay question anything I sent the payment by western Union as the scammer requested :D

I asked the seller if he was a scumbag thief, as his feedbacks would suggest. Turns out, HE'S the one who's been cheated!

it seems two of the three negatives I sent have been removed Ebay helping the scammer :( all auctioneers are a bit suspect , I remember quite a while ago n aq Christies toy sale a friend noticed an American toy coin eater bank , he pointed out to the staff that it was marked made in Taiwan on the bottom they said oh well any buyer has 14 days to return an item !
