Probably not the case, but the XVII appears to have a burl walnut lid on a mahogany cabinet.

Yeah i noticed that too, the rest of it is definitely mahogany.

I seen one sell on eBay a few months ago that was in really nice shape sell for $500, so I guess not a whole lot. I would pay $200 for this one if it were close to me.

I'm wondering if the light is making it appear that way? Either way, needs a good gojo cleaning.

Wow... they've gone down quite a bit. I'm assuming theres not really a premium given to machines with electric motors. And did that one that sold for 500 come with any albums?

It did not, but the pics made it look like it was in almost in mint cosmetic condition.
