Brinsmead was one of several piano manufacturers, notably Broadwood, who put their names on gramophones.
This looks like a machine of some quality, with a matching record cabinet and even a set of chairs to sit and listen with your friends.

What a lovely matched set. Clearly custom built for a client to have all three things match like that. Thank you for posting the photos.
