You need a copy of this book, in which the medal is fully described and illustrated.

I've had this medal for 30 years. Back before the Holy Bible of HMV collecting, the red book which Roger has linked to, first appeared there was a brown cover shorter version of the same book by the same authors. Between that reference book and Ruth Lambert I learnt a lot about all the various souvenirs produced down through the years

£75 with postage. I think that's about what they sold for over 30 years ago. Gramophone ephemera is such a great investment!
