That's a mystery. The ID tag appears to have been there a long time. Plus, the entire project does not appear to have been touched by a collector. I'd enjoy reading comments by others.

The close-up photo of the tag looks nothing like the tag in the other pictures. I think it's just that the seller has picked the wrong photo.

The closeup picture of the ID Tag looks completely different from the ID Tag on the machine.
