Made in 2012 by Charley Hummel and Norman Bruderhofer from an original in Charley's collection. Never played label side is blank the talk is on the back side. I had Charley sign the sleeve when I purchased this in 2012. First to say sold gets this. U.S. sales only PayPal f/f plus exact shipping.
