Excellent condition and incredibly hard to find especially on Lakeside (same as U-S Everlasting) Indestructible 4 minute cylinder:

"COME JOSEPHINE IN MY FLYING MACHINE" by Ada Jones and Walter Van Brunt. And it's a lovely recording indeed.

Includes its nice original Lakeside box (no lid).

I've included pictures and also an audio clip video demo (click below) I recorded just before posting this so you can hear it play for yourself. It plays very nicely and, again, is in visually excellent condition as well.
