This is also on my wish list but it is a hard record to find in the UK, even though HMV issued it as 5-2593 and later DA121.
By the time it was recorded in July 1918 the Great War was almost over.
I predict increased interest in all things Caruso this year, as the centenary of his passing on 2nd August approaches.
