The disc is younger than you think. It was only recorded in May 1900. Although uncommon and interesting, its poor condition unfortunately spoils the picture.

In any case, I would much rather have one of the many classical vocal recordings by well-known artists from this Viennese session of spring 1900, i.e. by Franz Naval, Leopold Demuth, Ilka Palmay, Wilhelm Hesch, Emil Steger or Hermann Winkelmann.

From a Hungarian auction site:

Here is the postcard on eBay:

The one on eBay has a US "Zip" code, which didn't exist until the early 1960s, so this card was probably reprinted a few times over the years.

Bavarian born in Munich speaking :) Like already suggested several times, "Das Drahn" means "Das Drehen" in high German or "The Turning (around)" in English. It could be either Bavarian or Austrian and would refer to either women or couples turning round on the dance floor during traditional dances or maybe a podium with dance presentations. These would be common on country fairs like the Munich Oktoberfest or the Grinzing wine fest in Vienna or smaller events in many towns and villages.
