I have purchased a second Victrola Orthophonic Alvara cabinet. This one is motorized and, although the orthophonic horn is in tact, the rest of the cabinet is very rough. I want to swap the horn to my original Alvara cabinet. Any hints on orthophonic horn removal before I get started?
