Thank you for all your kind remarks. It has been a pleasure to restore such a unique gramophone to something that the original owner would have recognized.
Now I just hope that in 100 years someone else does not convert it into something radical like a go cart

This was one of the boldest restorations I've ever seen. You did a beautiful job!

The refinish job on this is really lovely. It looks classy, sophisticated, and period-correct. Not the shiny, grainy, see-through look so many refinished things tend to have. I'm sure it was a ton of work, but the results here show it was worth it.

As Audiophile said, "clearly a labor of love." That says it all. Your level of craftsmanship is and attention to detail is outstanding. Well done!
