I'm eager to join this group with my Automatic Electrola 331 Duo once I can get it up and running. This looks like a really cool machine.

The 331 duo is considered in most circles to be a "must have " machine..You belong to an elite group if you have one!

Thanks. Why do I still feel like just another below- average slob, then? :)

On the Columbia Kolster, if you can provide a picture I can tell you what the model is. There were several that used a 10 type tube.

Do we need to look at adding anything that has an electric motor?

For those that may not have noticed I asked Brandon to create a new forum space for us. At this point (I understand why-you can read it under Tech Support) we will not have that done. Why not just create a broad based input factor here and put anything that has to do early electronics here. Let's say 1939. Including radios if the group feels OK with that.

This is a small group but talking with others if we could build a resource base and help those that are interested in getting into this area we might just grow the numbers.

We could add Instruction manuals, schematics, photos, u-tubes etc. to increase the knowledge base. If we got enough input perhaps Brandon would then give us a Forum Header.

I have noticed that there has been some input with different headers, my concern is that there is a lot of good info but its all over the place. Cliff just posted, Wayne has the repro parts for changers-which I will shortly be adding too, and there are other posting in this area as well
