Need help to identify correct crank for a Credenza

Post by melvind »

I have a decent looking and very well playing Credenza that has the wrong crank. I bought this a number of years ago and the guy I bought it from clamped a metal piece onto the shaft inside and put some odd crank on the machine. It looks fairly easy to remove the added piece.

My machine has the turntable on the right and not in the center.

Can someone with a Credenza like mine get me a picture and dimensions of the correct crank? I would really appreciate it. I don't want to try to guess and get the wrong thing.

Thanks

Dan

This crank is from a center-turntable Credenza. I've no idea if the offset turntable takes the same crank or not.

Credenza Crank
That is way too long. I think it is likely similar but should be much shorter.

Thanks

Here is the winding key of my 1926 right-side turntable Credenza. Yours should look like this
