I recently purchased a machine off of ebay and imagine my surprise when I saw this reproducer stuffed inside. It is a Columbia D-1 but the thumbscrew normally located on the top is on the side and it is a set screw not a thumbscrew. I have an Eagle reproducer with a side installed setscrew and it is for a BS model. Using that logic, is this one for use in a Columbia AS or late BS? I have never seen one so not sure. Experts?
Thanks, Joe

Re: Help with ID - Unusual Columbia Reproducer Coin-Op?
Thanks to an investigative forum member this page was found from a reprint of a 1906 catalog. Has anyone ever heard of a "D3" Columbia reproducer? Says it's for "slot" Graphophones, or coin-operated.
Take a look. Thanks, Joe
