Re: Phonospace (or, "Where's Waldo?)
I have a few little displays around the house, but for the most part, I’ve tried to work the phonographs into the decor of our house. We are fortunate to live in a house that was built in 1900 (as a wedding gift) and retains much of its turn-of-the-century elegance. Most of the architectural details remain intact, including working pocket doors and stained woodwork, much of which has never been refinished.

Beautiful!
Your space is reminiscent to me of George P's home. Very nice.

hbick2 - Those photos in black & white would look natural to the period.

hbick 2,
What a beautiful home. It's like a time capsule. The machines are placed perfectly.
Thanks for sharing those lovely photos with us!

It is great to see so many amazing collections of phonographs and other things that we all collect, which makes us all unique. It is also fun to share with others. I don't have lots of space, so my collecting focus tends to be on tabletops and mostly cylinder machines. Enjoy!
