I came across this picture and haven't seen anything like it. Does anyone know anything about it?

I wouldn't think the picture itself is too old. It looks like some nostalgic print from the 70's or so. The frame might be older.

Yeah, it kind of looks like something from an AV magazine to me.

There was a local artist in Louisville active from the 1960's-1980's named C. Don Ensor who used to paint drecky little nostalgic tableaux like this and sold prints. His draftsmanship wasn't really all that great upon close inspection, but his prints were very popular in Louisville and environs. I can't be sure this is one of his prints, but it is of the same school for sure.
