VTLA horn issue

I got this VTLA (actually an XVI a, but the plaque still says VTLA) a while back from someone who had once tried to gut it and install a modern stereo. (Thankfully, they lost interest before finishing the job!) It's complete, but as you can see, the horn is askew, and I'm not sure how it would have been installed originally. Can anyone out there furnish a description/instructions/pictures?

Thanks!

The 3 screws that secure the tonearm base to the turntable surface will screw into the flange around the top of the metal part of the horn assembly. Also, due south of the tone arm base is another screw hole, this is a 4th screw that goes into the elongated part of the flange. When these screws are secured, the horn should be in the correct position.

Hope this helps! Cliff

Open up the back panel, and take a look see.
