Silvertone's right. I believe that Victor's black horns were manufactured by the Tea Tray Company (as evidenced by the TTCo's Aug. 22, 1905 patent date [No.797,725]stamped into many of them, as well well as U.S. Design Patent No.38,274 by Clement Beecroft, assigned to the TTCo.). Edison flower horns of 1907 onward were manufactured by the Standard Metal Manufacturing Company (although TTCo's Aug. 22, 1905 date is found on cygnet decals), and Hawthorne & Sheble supplied horns to the Columbia Phonograph Company.

As far as I know, however, Victor manufactured its own wooden horns (No.30 and No.31).
