Kinda. That one is a little too elaborate to be a piano scarf per se. A piano scarf a longer runner that one places on the top of the upright pianos or on the folded back part of a grand lid. A piano shawl is the same thing only bigger and usually fringed that they draped over the lids of grands (uprights too) especially in the 1920's. They were often real Spanish shawls .
