I have the opportunity to purchase this outside horn phonograph. It looks familiar, but I cannot identify who made it. I've seen that tone arm before. Any ideas?

I believe that's a Zonophne built after Victor acquired Zonophone assets. It looks that have been built out of remaining parts, cabinet and motor, from the Victor Junior and mated with a Zonophone back bracket and horn. The horn is probably in a fixed forward position. Interesting machine that I hope you acquire. Hope this helps.

Thank you Jerry. I thought it was a Zonophone, but I looked up pictures and I couldn't find that exact model. As always you're a font of knowledge. Mike

Agreed, the back bracket and tone arm are the same style as the Zonophone Zephyr pictured, a short lived model from 1908 in the UK. I did not realise that style was used on other models, yours looks longer to fit the smaller case.
