What is this?

Post by apruizii »

I just came across this tabletop phonograph with no brand name. The lid looks unusual and there's no indication of a lid support being screwed to the inside of the lid. It almost seems like somebody put this tabletop together as a project. Does anybody know what off brand it is?

Thanks!

The brake and the tonearm look like a Lindstrom design European.

There appears to be the remnant of a lid stay in the left rear corner of the turntable compartment in the second picture.

And the lid has a serial number 100 stamped on its internal back edge... which matches the number in the back case edge nearby.
