I doubt if Rex was the manufacturer (it looks like a Tea Tray Co. hanger), but rather the retailer. I've seen a couple of similar retailer decals on horns ("Vim" comes to mind).

Thanks, George. It also shares the verbiage of the ‘Standard Amplifying Horn’ decal which is another clue. I’m still curious what those initials stand for!
