Need Transport from Rancho Cucamonga to Midwest

Looking to have an item transported from Rancho Cucamonga, California to the Midwest. Smaller, non phono related item. Please let me know if you can lend a hand.

If no-one is available, check into shipping through a Fastenal Store. The offer shipping between stores very reasonable. I had a Victor III with a petaled horn shipped in two boxes from Michigan to Wisconsin for $60. It was shipped in two boxes and the horn one was rather large.
