Well thanks to all the forum members that provided me with
good facts about my 170.00 VV 1-90 that I found in an
antique shop it is now cleaned up and running, with the correct
tone arm and reproduction back bracket (thanks to George Vollema).
The original orthophonic pot metal reproducer had a few cracks in
it, but I managed to fix with JB weld and it sounds great to my
old ears. The single spring motor run great and very quiet. I'm
attaching a couple of pics to show what it looks like. Thanks to all of
you that helped.

Congrats! My 1-90 was my primary player for early electrics for many years. They are neat little machines.

Very nice, Gene!
I’m glad I could help identify the right taper tube and George sent you a particularly fine example! The oxidized bronze finish is so often worn from handling. Good Job!

Mark...actually the pics of the paper work you sent me, got me to
looking through my parts boxes and I found I had the tone arm all
along with the ball bearings and the ring holder, so all I needed
from George V was the back bracket. I printed out the stats you
sent me so I will have them the next time I need them. Thanks again
