Does anyone here sell machines or parts on Ebay? I just learned that their Final Value Fee (which they take from the sale price of an item) has been upped to 35.7%. I sense that this will eventually make the cost of phonograph items that we purchase from that site increases proportionally.
Does anyone have confirmation of this?
If true, what are your thoughts?

Re: Ebay New Final Value Fees Over 35%?
I would have to see the source, but I sincerely doubt it.
If you are not yet on managed payments, ebay generally takes 10%, or 12% for media, with a few random things a bit higher or lower. If you are on managed payments, add 2.35% to that to replace the PayPal fees that no longer apply. This is the US standard and may very elsewhere.
Having said that, it is possible with promoted listings and store fees that the net percentage can be significantly higher than 10-12%.
