That is a very interesting find. I purchased the exact same repro parts from JAS Antiques in 2012 for my Columbia Graphophone AR machine and had them shipped to the UK. It will be interesting to find out more.

Unfortunately I am not able to find out any further information that would be useful. Apparently this plate turned up at auction with another mold that was for slot machine handles. I've no idea where it came from before that.
