I can only imagine what Ruskin might've said about this..

You may be on to something Curt. You could be giving away a future artists secret. I wonder how many people know what a cow pie is. I learned the hard way by not watching my step. Tom

Everybody's an art critic!

You could probably start a collection just with "art"-phonographs. Remember the goat-o-phone viewtopic.php?f=14&t=30742&p=182970? I also remember someone mentioning a Klosettophon (Toilet-O-Phone), an ingenious combination of a crapophone and a toilet bowl. but unfortunately the link to the picture is dead. And of course we have discussed plenty of atrocities in the thread viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4968. Such a collection would rival Ripley's believe it or not

Weird. But at least it wasn’t a pre-1930 portable I would feel a bit more outraged.

Uh, yeah that's been done a few times. Sadly, the market is glutted with people with any excuse to move their tax dollars and then offer one of these to the Tax man. If we were to finally close that loophole, "Art" would probably become a little less....audiophile102 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 04, 2021 7:54 pm Terrible. Why not just dump excrement on anything and call it art.
