Cabinet ID ? RPPC on Ebay

Saw this on Ebay-- Can anyone ID this cabinet? The cylinders appear to be horizontal on a "lazy susan" type set up. Very cool looking!

Well- 154 views and no one can ID this cabinet?? I certainly have never seen one. Really cool though- I want one!! :)
