Has anyone ever seen a Zonophone Concert V reproducer without any writing on it. I'm thinking this is probably a reproduction but of course the owner says that it is original and came with a machine that he's had for 20 years, give or take. Lousy picture but it does look like it may have some age.
Hoping for any opinions please.. See picture provided.

Re: Zonophone reproducer question
I don't believe it's an authentic Zonophone reproducer. I hesitate to use the word "reproduction" since I wouldn't think "Concert V" if I saw it sitting on a shelf. I believe it was most likely made by a "machinist" at some time. The somewhat crude chatter marks around the inside diameter, adjacent to the face, are a tip-off to an item that was not commercially made.

Re: Zonophone reproducer question
I agree, it has a homemade look, possibly done decades ago.
