Vic M/MS/III and V horn elbows--interchangeable?

Post by jboger »

Well, I know the Victor M and MS horn elbows are interchangeable as I have both models. And I think the Vic III is the same as those. What I don't know--and would appreciate if someone could tell me--is whether or not the Vic V is the same. That is, will a Vic V horn elbow fit a Vic III and/or the M and MS models?

Hi John,
Yes they are the same dimensions M/MS/III to the Vic V elbow. There is a small difference in the M/MS/Fancy D and Square D which is the "Pin" Stop vs. "Step" Stop as shown in the two pictures. The "Pin" Stop is earlier, the "Step" stop is later (Victor III,IV,V.) John

Thank you, Ripduf1. That's very good to know. And thanks for the taking the times to take the photos. Very much appreciated.
