International Correspondence School Recorder

I recently found this recorder. It is from the International Correspondence School. I have never seen one in this type of box. Unfortunately, it is missing the cutter and cutter bar. I am not sure what the extra space is for around the inside. There was some cotton wading inside. I was hoping the cutter and bar was in it but no luck.

Nice find.
I'm sure that you have checked, but I once found a missing cutter bar stuck in the cotton!

Yeah, no luck with the bar stuck in the cotton wadding. :( :( :(
