Knob and Pull Manufacturing?

Does anyone out there know of someone who can fashion copies of knobs or pulls that are kind of elusive. I have a couple of machines that need one knob or pull that I've yet been able to locate. Any leads appreciated!

Do they actually machine replicas or just stock standard Victor pulls etc? I don't believe they do custom one-offs.
