Thank you to Tim, Bob, and Pete for your data! A couple of those machines really helped to narrow gaps between models.

I really appreciate you fellows schlepping those heavy Triumphs around to get me that data. THANKS!!

Thanks Brad for the data on your D. If you'll let me know your last name, I'll add you to the acknowledgements.

And no apology is necessary for "late" entries - - I posted this request just 7 days ago! Any and all responses are appreciated; no matter when you get around to it! :D

Thanks again to all so far...

Here's a SM that was made for Edison Bell.

1)25930
2)Raised boss.
3)n/a
4)Yes
5)Yes
6)Ball catch
7)Converted to 2 speed. I don't have the original carriage or reproducer.
8)3705
9)Solid
10)Edison Spring Motor For Phonograph
11)Drawer
12)No but there is an additional plate below the feed screw which reads 'This phongraph is licensed for use only within the United Kingdom. Any use in connection with automatic or slot devices will be deemed an infringement of the letters patent of the Edison Bell Consolodated Phonograph Co. Ltd. Upon the sale, lease or other disposition of this phonograph, due notice of above conditions must be given to the purchaser.'

I'll assume this plate covers the Edison signiture.

Hope this helps your research, Bob Malvik.

Thanks David! We're closing in on 50 machines now... Thanks again to all who have responded. If you haven't yet dusted off your Triumph or Spring Motor, I'd be grateful if you would. :)

David,

Check your item 3 again. Our machines are relatively close (yours being older by the smaller S/N) and I originally thought the date was 1908, but when I looked under bright light, it was 1906. I went back and took the below picture.

George, could an older machine have a plate with a later date than a younger machine of the same model?
