You're the Cream In My Coffee (Miff Mole & Jesse Crawford)

Post by beaumonde »

As promised in the Jack Hylton thread in this section, here are two alternative versions of this great song. The Jesse Crawford is one of his better sides. I'm not usually a huge J.C. fan.

Miff Mole and His Little Molers (OKeh 41153; 11/26/28)

Jesse Crawford (playing the Wurlitzer organ) (Vic 21844-A; ca. 1/29)

That is a good Jesse Crawford side! A nice change from the usual funereal stuff I usually hear from him.

Miff Mole was good too. Thanks for posting.

Great versions of this song Adam. Thanks for posting. Its interesting hearing different bands different takes and orchesrations of the same song. Also I have never heard this song played on a Wurlitzer organ excellent :D
