Red Vocalian Records Question

I have recorded a few Red Vocalian records that are so clean they amaze me. It could be that these records have rarely been played, but it also has to be that they were made very well. Does anyone have information on the clean playing surface of Red Vocalian records?
Also, the following videos are a Red Vocalin record by Al Jocker's Dance Orchestra. I cannot find any information on them. Does anyone know much about them? Perhaps not the best orchestra of the time, but not too bad either.
