"Swamp Ghosts" by Wayne King on Victor Orthophonic. It's all instrumental, however, but quite creepy sounding.

I've a copy of Ladd's Black Aces doing Satanic Blues on Gennett (just picked up here) and a copy of Tommy Dorsey Orchestra doing both Satan Takes A Holiday on Victor Scroll and also Dry Bones on a later Victor label.

Slightly more modern I have a copy of Bing Crosby singing The Headless Horseman on Decca.

I have two copies of I Don't Stand A Ghost Of A Chance With You, one on Decca by the Ink Spots, and one on Musicraft by Sarah Vaughan. Not sure if that really counts as a Halloween title but it does have Ghost in the title!

I have a copy of Ghost Of The Saxophone by Six Brown Brothers on Victor Batwing and a tune Spooky-Ooky Blues by Green Brothers' Novelty Band on Emerson.

Just found It's Witchery by Charlie Spivak on RCA Victor, and Buddy Clark doing Haunted Heart on Columbia Red label, again, these may not be Halloweenie but I like the titles! If you wanted to really stretch it you may be able to include Jimmy Dorsey playing The Spirit's Got Me on Decca blue label.

Not being well versed in religion, I took my copy of There Is A Fountain Fill'd With Blood to be a Halloween song (as it's a terrifying premise) but turns out, like Dry Bones, it's from the Bible.

I was just reminded that I have a copy of Mournin' Blues on Victor batwing by Original Dixieland Jazz Band. Again, not sure if it's especially Halloween flavored but this has inspired me to collect these all up and put them into a special album to pull out in October.

The Nightmare, by Clyde McCoy orch., on Decca: a nice, spooky, danceable tune...

If you want to go the classical route, here are a couple of old standards:
Danse Macabre, by Vessella's Italian Band

Funeral March of a Marionette, by the Russian Symphony Orch.

Also not especially Halloween flavoured, but black cats are sometimes part of Halloween themes.

Swamp Ghosts is a nice record!
Here on a special pressing by Electrola for some shops like Alberti, Berlin - otherwise not mentioned in the regular catalog
