78s transfered from Victrola,Brunswick Ultona or Lenco to CD

Post by vintagemarc »

I have been transfering my acoustic 78s to my Victrola gramophone, as well as a modern Lenco turntable using a vintage Fisher tube preamp. I am considering purchase of a Brunswick Ultona gramophone. here is a link to my website: www.vintagesoundof78s.com
I have a number of CD transfers that I have made from my 78s: these are listed for sale.
I have had success in re-creating the vintage sound of 78s and Edison Diamond Discs with my transfers.
for further info, please contact me by my email or phone:

I have never had or used a Brunswick Ultona gramophone before.
My only other acoustic gramophone is a 1911 Victor table model.
I am searching for Tungstone needles, as well as bamboo needles for my Victor gramophone.
I was given a demonstration of the Ultona by the person who is selling it.
a few concerns: I heard a clicking sound when playing the 78.
