Odd Blue Amberol Box Stamp

I bought many of my cylinders when I lived in the UK many years ago. Most of them have the licence label. Here is a sample.
On UK discs, the stamp was applied to the record label.

I'm surprised we don't see more of these stamps in the US. I have over 1000 BAs and never seen the stamp before.

Copyright stamps were never used in the USA. You'll only find them here if someone from overseas brought their collection here. Like you, I have hundreds of cylinders, but I have only ever seen one copyright stamp on a cylinder box here, the one I referenced above.
