8-inch Durium Chevrolet Promotional Disc

I'd like to find out what year this disc was made. The number in the run out area is 5129 E17. I have an identical disc with the number 5129 D47.

The content is an announcement extolling the features of the new Chevrolet motor car flanked by cheerful up tempo music.

I have another 8-inch Durium Chevrolet disc titled "Advance Information - The Great American Value for 1932". But, the one pictured provides no model year. Is this a promo for the 1932 Chevrolet as well? Maybe 1931?
