It sounds similar to Daisy, Daisy (Give Me Your Answer Do)! Incidentally, a very different version was recorded by Duke Ellington in 1940: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHlgVgvhM4I

It's a medley of The Bowery, The Sidewalks of New York, Sweet Rosie O'Grady, The Band Played On, and After the Ball.
