I have recently acquired this 12 inch single sided record in excellent condition which I am in the process of investigating further.
It has the usual gramophone co. cherubs on the reverse and seems to be dated just before the launch of the HMV name although nipper is featured.

It might be a test pressing or a private pressing. I have no idea. But, it is a copy of a released record. Here is the link to the DAHR info for the record.

As the label is dated only one month after the date of the recording, this disc is probably a pre-production test pressing.
