I had considered it being a Canadian pressing, but was thinking it wasn't because of the RCA backplate.
However, I looked through the small number of Canadian Victors I own. I did find one (not the Gracie Fields) from the 120K series, and discovered that the label does state "RCA Victor Company Ltd. Montreal". This seems to indicate that my record could very well be a Canadian test pressing and clear up the mystery.
Thanks for steering me in that direction.
