Found an Al Jolson record on bat-wing Victor (Ragging the Baby to Sleep/Movin' Man) sitting outside with about twenty others during a March snow squall; small-town central Pennsylvania.

Negotiated to purchase that record solely.

$2.

the best record that i've currently found at a thrift store is a near-mint copy of The Loneliest Journey which is about the Apollo 11 mission. Apparently copies of that record even in decent condition can sell for up to $20 and i got it for a dollar. The best 78 find on the other hand is when i got 2 boxes of 78's for free from a record store wishing to dispose of them.
