I've come across these in some charity shops, and they are usually quite worn, with inner sleeves torn or disintegrating. Many of the disks inside have the classic "bite" breaks typically caused by careless turning of the inner sleeves/disks (most probably caused by ignorant customers in the shop).
The graphics on the front cover can be nice, like the embossed "nipper" above. For an otherwise un-usaeble album, the front cover could be refurbished and look good in a picture frame. I've wondered if a fabric dye would restore a faded/worn cover with a fabric finish.
