Horn straightening/polishing tools

Post by KC Kent »

Many years ago, Charles Tyler, Les Wilson, and I bought the fixture and polisher from a music instrument repair shop in Iowa. Having straightened and polished many horns over the years, it's time to pass it on to someone who could use it. The tool has attachments that allow you to straighten both the bell and the body of most any size horn. I learned through practice how to do this while my sons took music lessons at a local shop, and I'll be happy to give the buyer a quick "how to" on the process. As you can imagine, these are industrial quality items (polisher is 220 volt) and too large to ship so pickup would be here in Kansas City. The price is $400 each or $700 for the pair.

Thanks

I would see if John Duffy could use it.

Thanks, but John is a long way from Kansas City, and I imagine he already owns these items.
