FOR SALE: Victor Orthophonic piece - INQUIRE

Google says this is a tonearm/reproducer/needle from a Victor Talking Machine. I’m hoping a trained eye will gather any other information from the pics. This piece was found in my great grandfather’s estate.

I'm not a expert but it may have come from a Victor 812X because of the base type. That top support piece always breaks and is impossible to repair without the original piece. The Orthophonic reproducer is already showing cracks on the back ring. I have seen them on ebay and there really is no interest in repairing them when you can find a good one easily. There are numerous stamped metal bases for the Orthophonic machines, fortunately the part number is stamped on the underside.

Part number 17370AE if for the 8-30, later Credenzas and the 8-60 Orthophonic/Electrola.

The pictured taper tube assembly if for an 8-30.
