Project phonograph is wanted by Disabled Veteran

Post by armyvet »

Disabled Veteran is currently looking for a project phonograph. Do you have a wind-up phonograph that you no longer want or that is in need of repair? A wind-up phonograph player that you want to get rid of? I have turned to working on these in a way to help me deal with the pain of my injuries. The VA pays me very little to support my family with so I do not have much money. If you don't have one perhaps you know of somebody that is looking to get rid of such a player would you please give them my email address. My email is ret.armysgt@yahoo.com Thank you

Are you looking for any type of machine in particular?

I would like to find a table top (because of shipping fees).
Any type of wind up player would be nice.
If the item is given to me then I really don't care what type of player it is.
(You don't look a gift horse in the mouth)
If I have to pay for the item I do have certain types that I prefer over others.
I hope this makes sense, I'm sorry it's about 5am.

Thank you Bill

Bill,

I don’t have any machines to give you, but I was asking in case I saw a good deal online somewhere; if we know what machines you have in mind, we can point you at them if/when we see them.

I definitely understand what you mean with regards to shipping.

No, I follow you, and it’s 07:15 here (and I am still awake).

Good luck in your search.

I picked up a huge table model today that I won on ebay for $33.85. Maybe you should check ebay & find a good deal?
