Your Victrola 300 turned out splendid, by the way! I have to wonder at the incongruity of such an aristocratic machine sitting in a hunting cabin. At least you saved it from being thrown away--but to be able to save its original finish and give it mechanical repairs it needed was, well, the stuff collector dreams are made of. Nice work!
